Becoming a Member

Membership is open to almost anyone who wishes to join.

You can introduce your family, friends and colleagues to AMP Credit Union and let them see for themselves the benefits of banking with a financial institution which ‘really cares’ for its members.

To join, you pay $10 and in return receive one membership share, which means you now own a part of AMP Credit Union. Membership shares are fully refundable if you decide to close your membership.

To become a member of AMP Credit Union, you will be required to complete a membership form.

Like opening an account at any financial institution, you will also need to provide identification. This means that you will need to bring in or provide certified copies of various forms of personal identification, such as your drivers licence. Identification requirements are outlined on the membership form.
