Access

You don’t need to visit our branch to deal with us. In fact, most of our members have never even been to our branch.

At AMP Credit Union, we have all the services you need to access your account 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

For instance:

  • Withdraw cash at ATMs and make purchases at EFTPOS, over the phone or online with a Visa Debit Card (worldwide)
  • Withdraw cash at ATMs or make purchases using EFTPOS with a Redicard (within Australia only)
  • Make paying your bills easy with BPay
  • Access your account using Phone and Internet Banking
  • Write your own cheques with a personalised Cheque Book
  • Set up a Periodical Payment to regularly transfer funds
  • Direct Credit your salary or other payments to your account
  • Direct Debit your regular bills from your account
  • You can deposit funds at any NAB branch with a specially encoded Deposit Book or simply post your cheques to our reply paid address (no stamp required)

So whether you’re on holidays, busy at work or at home, we’ve made accessing your account that much easier.
