How to use Internet Banking

All you need to get started is access to the internet, your member number and a personal access code.

You can login to the Internet Banking service by simply clicking the “GO” button located in the top right hand corner of every page. Clicking on the “GO” button will bring up the Internet Banking Login window.

Security

Your initial personal access code will be provided by the Credit Union, however you will be required to change your access code the first time you use the service.

Your new access code must contain at least 8 characters using a combination of numbers and letters (with a minimum of 1 number).

It is important that you select an access code that would only be known to you, so please avoid simple sequences or information known to others such as your phone number or date of birth.

If your account is a joint account, separate access codes will be issued to each account holder.

For higher value transactors, our Internet Banking also offers an additional layer of security through the use of a security token. The security token is a small electronic device that generates a one time password, entered when you log into and transact in Internet Banking.

Access to Internet Banking will be blocked after 3 incorrect access code/token code selection attempts. This is to ensure that there is no unauthorised access to your account details.

If your account becomes locked, it will then be necessary for you to contact us on 1300 426 728 to request that your Internet Banking access be reinstated.

Similarly, if you have forgotten your access code, simply contact the Credit Union and we will issue you a new access code after we have performed the appropriate identity checks. You will be required to change this access code the next time you use Internet Banking.

If at anytime you believe that your Internet Banking access code is no longer secure, you should contact us immediately on 1300 426 728.
