Phone Banking
Phone Banking gives you 24 hours, 7 days a week access to your accounts from any touch-tone phone.
By simply calling 1800 630 580 you can:
- Check your account balances
- Make a bill payment using BPay*
- Transfer funds between your own accounts
- Transfer funds to selected third party accounts within the Credit Union
- Check the last five transactions on your account
- Change your access code
*Daily limit of $20,000 applies
How do I apply?
To register for Phone Banking simply download the Phone Banking Registration Form and return it to us by fax, mail or in person.
We will then provide you with a personal access code to allow you to start using Phone Banking.
How much does it cost?
There are NO fees for using the Phone Banking service.
How to use Phone Banking
All you need to get started is a touch-tone phone, your member number and a personal access code.
To use Phone Banking, please follow these simple steps:
1. Call Phone Banking on 1800 630 580
2. Enter your member number, then press #
3. Enter your access code, then press #
You then will be given your transaction account balances automatically.
What options are available in Phone Banking?
The following options are available:
1. Balances of your savings, term deposit and loan accounts
2. Transfer funds between selected accounts
3. Last 5 transactions on your account
4. Not applicable
5. Use BPay to pay your bills
6. Change your access code
7. Enquire on another related membership
To access the required information press the corresponding number on your phone. You can skip ahead at any time. To return to the menu at anytime, simply press 0.
Personal Access Code
Your initial personal access code will be provided by the Credit Union, however you will be required to change your access code to a new number (this can be 4, 5 or 6 digits) the first time you use this service.
If your account is a joint account, separate access codes will be issued to each account holder.
If you forget your access code, simply contact the Credit Union and we will issue you a new access code after we have performed the appropriate identity checks. You will be required to change this access code the next time you use Phone Banking.
If at anytime you believe that your Phone Banking access code is no longer secure, you should contact us immediately on 1300 426 728.
