The following fees and charges apply to loan accounts and/or credit facilities from 1 December 2009.

Home Loans

Early termination fee - Variable home loan - Fixed rate home loan (prepayment upto $10,000 pa) - Fixed rate home loan (prepayment $10,000 + pa)	Nil Nil Economic Cost

*The full mortgage service fee includes document preparation, title searches, arranging and attending settlement, and lodgement of documents for stamping and registration. Lodgement and stamp duty fees payable to the Lands department are invoiced separately.
