Redicall/Phone Banking

Whether from your home, office or whilst you’re on the move, you can bank over the phone 24 hours a day, 365 days a year using a touch tone phone.

Pick up the phone and obtain information on your accounts, including:

  • Account balances for all your accounts
  • Transfer funds between accounts
  • Details of the last 5 transactions
  • Pay your bills with BPAY
  • Alter your access code
  • Obtain details on other authorised memberships

Current members can contact us to obtain an access code. Then you can access Redicall/phone banking by calling 1-800-630-580. This is a Freecall.

Alternatively,current and new members can apply online, as per instructions below.

There are no fees for Phone Banking transactions.
